چکیده

هدف: این مطالعۀ قوم‌نگارانه به بررسی تأثیر همتایان بر جامعه‌پذیری زبان‌آموزان در آموزشگاه ‌های زبان انگلیسی و به ‌کارگیری راهبرد‌های ادب‌ورزی در طول همه‌گیری کووید-19 می‌پردازد.
روش تحقیق: ابزارهای جمع‌آوری داده‌ شامل مشاهدۀ کلاسی، مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته، یادداشت‌های پژوهشگران، فایل‌های صوتی ضبط‌شده و یادداشت‌های روزانۀ زبان‌آموزان می‌شود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از نرم افزار تحلیلی MAXQDA pro-2020 که بر اساس تحلیل محتوای کیفی مستقیم است استفاده شده است.
یافته ها: بر اساس هفت اصل جامعه‌پذیری زبان (لی و بوکولتز ، 2015)، نتایج نشان داد که 11 زیرمجموعه شامل سازگاری رفتاری در فضای مجازی، خلق زبان مشترک گروهی، تقسیم دانش به شیوه‌های نوین، شبکه‌های حمایتی دیجیتال، توسعه هویت اجتماعی، ادب منفی تقویت شده، چرخش راهبردی، ادب مثبت دیجیتال، طنز تعدیل کننده، تعدیل سلسله مراتب و بازبینی ادب ورزی را می‌توان بازشناسی کرد.
نتیجه گیری: در نتیجه، همتایان در جامعه‌پذیری زبان‌آموزان بسیار تأثیرگذار هستند. علاوه بر این، زبان‌آموزان ایرانی از راهبرد‌های ادب‌ورزی مثبت و منفی در تعامل با معلم و همتایان خود استفاده کردند.
