چکیده

یکی از مصادیق خشونت در محل کار به خشونت کلامی تعلق دارد. مطالعات انجام شده نشان می‌دهد که پیامدهای ناخوشایند خشونت کلامی در سازمان‌ها به دلیل غیر فیزیکی بودن نوع خشونت و نداشتن تظاهر فیزیکی مورد توجه قرار نمی‌گیرد. هدف از انجام پژوهش کیفی حاضر، واکاوی تجارب کارکنان زن از پدیده خشونت کلامی در محل کار استبراساس یافته‌های پژوهش مولفه‌های اصلی در ماهیت خشونت کلامی از دیدگاه کارکنان زن به خشونت کلامی جنسیت محور شامل خشونت کلامی با ماهیت «جنسی» و «غیرجنسی» تعلق دارد. درک کارکنان زنان از هر دو نوع خشونت، براساس هدف خشونتگر (تعمدانه و منفعت طلبانه) و چگونگی ابراز خشونت (خصمانه یا محبت آمیز)، «آزاردهنده» و «توهین آمیز» است. زنان اگر بطور غالب در مواجهه با رفتار کلامی خشونت‌آمیز از راهبردهای «تدافعی» و «تهاجمی» استفاده می‌کنند اما در مواجهه با خشونت کلامی با ماهیت جنسی، به عنوان آزاردهنده‌ترین نوع خشونت استفاده، راهبرد «انفعالی» را (به دلیل ترس از قضاوت نادرست و انگ زنی د رمحیط کار) ترجیح می‌دهند. تجارب کارکنان زن نشان می‌دهد،
